This application serves three major areas: Residential, Commercial and Transfer Residents. Please understand that there may be irrelevant questions. Do your best to provide complete and accurate information. Once established, there are many benefits that you will see as a resident with Denver Property Management, LLC.
Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing (if applicable). In addition to this application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. Please attach a photo of your photo id and proof of income at the end of the application process. If you have a service animal, you must attach its medical certificates. If you have any pets, attach a photo. These documents may also be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 303-690-1234.
Please attach (or email email@example.com) all documents that apply: Picture of your photo i.d., military i.d., proof of income, service animal certificate, and photos of pets.
To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential or office history as well as contact information for your references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that the applicant's combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly expense amount.
Each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. Each financially responsible party must complete the application for commercial spaces.
